I'm so grateful for my experience in Daily Offering's 200HR Teacher Training program. While deepening my own practice, I also had the fortune of being surrounded by and befriending 7 other incredible women who each taught me something special.

The insight and knowledge that Anamargret possesses and the gentle way in which she delivers this deeply life-changing material thru the program is unparalleled.

I feel honored and thrilled about having made this commitment and would highly recommend this training to my friends.

Yoga has taught me that I am mentally and physically stronger and more centered than I ever thought I could be.  Physically I am in the best shape I've been in years.  Most importantly though, it has helped me reconnect with the spiritual part of myself that I have neglected for a very long time

  • Neighborhood Studio

The teachers at Daily Offering are highly trained, friendly, and devoted. The studio is zen-like and clean and it's great that there's free parking in back. It's the perfect yoga studio for my neighborhood.

I am deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to pe a part of Daily Offering Yoga's 200HR Teacher Training Program.

Anamargret and Fred are very supportive and engaging teachers. The program was inspirational, highly informative, and fun! It was a life experience. Through the program, I met some wonderful Souls that I'm sure will remain in my heart and life forever.

I highly recommend this training to anyone considering teaching yoga or for anyone wanting to deepen their own yoga knowledge and practice.

The most important lesson I learned in DOY's   teacher training program is that for well over a decade, I've not been doing yoga -  I've been participating in classes that focus on postures.

It is said that the true meaning of yoga is that it is a means to a direct experience in the acknowledgement that self-consciousness and universal consciousness are one.  The training was invaluable to me because it  incorporated so many different disciplines.

I was able to revisit the spiritual aspects of this glorious tradition and my goal of deepening my practice and knowledge has definitely been achieved and continues to unfold.
